Although we are influenced by different cultures and fundamental methodologies of cuisine, our stylistic, atmospheric, and ethical approaches are harmonious. Coppia is our blank canvas, and we have found a perfect balance of self expression while highlighting sustainable ingredients from across the globe.

We do what we do, simply because it’s everything we have always wanted. This is the beginning of our journey, and we put every effort into improvement, growth, and making the biggest impact imaginable.

Coppia has been an independent goal of ours since each of our culinary careers began.

A combination of fine dining, and the interpretation of seasonally changing ingredients.
